AT CNAUCSFCRNA
- Our mission is rooted in both recognizing and raising awareness of the individual and shared concerns that affect our CRNA colleagues and other UC work groups.
- We believe that by providing a platform for open communication, we can ensure that our concerns are addressed and that our collective needs are heard. In doing so, CRNAs can actively support one another and work collaboratively, not only to empower CRNAs but also to stand in solidarity with other UC work groups who share similar goals and challenges.
- We seek to support a unified approach, to strengthen CRNAs ability to advocate for meaningful change and address complex issues more effectively, ensuring collective goals are pursued with greater determination and influence.
- A unified strategy for advocacy, ensures that CRNA efforts are coordinated, focused, and more likely to yield lasting results which fosters a culture of mutual support and respect that benefits all workers.
